2010 SNCR Fellowship Application

The Society for New Communications Research Fellowship is a year-long (renewable), volunteer-based program. The Society issues a call for Fellows once each year. All business leaders, professional communicators, members of the media, futurists, scholars, and technologists from around the globe are welcome to apply.

Applicants are asked to complete the following application, provide a detailed summary of their professional background, three professional/academic references, and a research and/or education program proposal that is in line with the SNCR's research roadmap.

Those who are selected to serve as SNCR Fellows are expected to volunteer at least 10-12 hours per month of their time to SNCR, conducting independent research in line with their proposals and/or other SNCR-sponsored research and education projects.

The fellowship program is highly competitive. In 2009 only one in four applicants was selected. The Society accepts a maximum of 12 Fellows each year.
